In addition to either of our Real Estate services, We also offer property preparation for the future sale of your home or property through groundwork, clean up, grading, digging and dumping. Services are completed with the assistance of a Bobcat E35 (3.5 ton with 12ft reach) mini excavator with 24" digging & 36" grading & tilt bucket along with a 14ft, 14,000 lbs dump trailer.
