From time to time, either Jorden or Dean have clients the require some groundwork, clean up etc. prior to listing their home with one of us. This type of work and or cleanup can help immensely in the sale of their home in order to fetch top dollar. Available equipment is a Bobcat E35 (3.5 ton) mini excavator and 14,000 lbs. dump trailer for use at low cost. The only catch is its only available when we have time to operate it for you.
