In addition to our Real Estate services, We also offer property preparation for the future sale of your home or property through groundwork, clean up, grading, digging and dumping. Services are completed with the assistance of a Compact (Mini) Excavator - Bobcat E35i (3.5 ton with 12ft reach) with 24" digging bucket, 12" trenching bucket as well as a 36 inch grading tilt bucket. Along with a 16ft, 14,000 lbs. capacity dump trailer.
